The Law defines the legal status, authorities and organizational principles od activity of Ad Hoc inquiry panels, a special Ad Hoc inquiry panel and Ad Hoc special panels of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Pursuant to the Law: "An Ad Hoc inquiry panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is a collegiate Ad Hoc body of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine formed by the People´s Deputies of Ukraine that is to exert parliamentary control by means of holding an inquiry on the issues of social interest".
A relevant Bill (№0857) was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
